Hi, I’m Caleb Treadway.

Chief Financial Officer

I'm a co-founder and the CFO of TZ Consulting. I have a double major in finance and business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University, and six years in financial services. I started my career at Western & Southern Financial Group, where I worked with individuals and small business owners on life insurance, health insurance, and investment planning — primarily retirement accounts and market-based growth strategies. Today I hold an active Indiana Life & Health license, Indiana Property & Casualty license, SIE, Series 6, and Series 63, and I continue to advise clients on risk assessment and asset protection across personal, business, and life coverage.

What I bring to TZ is financial discipline. Building a consulting agency from the ground up is a different challenge than running a single dealership or a single book of insurance clients. The money flow has to be structured, the books have to be clean, and the business has to be set up to survive slow months as well as strong ones. That's the part I own. I handle our books, our taxes, our state compliance, and the way commissions move through the business and out to the partners. I plan our travel and target territories using tools like Carketa and VelociFI to make sure when we're putting time and miles on the road, we're hitting the markets that actually move the needle.

Brandon and I have been friends since middle school. We started TZ together because both of us were ready for something new — he was coming off running his own dealership, and I was ready to build instead of working under someone else's structure. We tested a few different business models before landing on the agency TZ is today, and the financial side of that evolution has been my responsibility from day one.

Outside of work, I live in Kokomo, Indiana, play basketball and soccer on weekends, and coach varsity soccer at Taylor High School alongside Brandon. I attend Bible Baptist Church in Kokomo.
