Hi, I’m Brandon Zimbron.

Chief Executive Officer

I'm a co-founder and the CEO of TZ Consulting. I've spent over a decade in the auto industry, starting in 2014 at Zim's Auto Sales where I worked my way from sales consultant to F&I to General Manager. From there I opened and operated my own independent dealership, where the lender and vendor relationships I'd built gave me a competitive edge most startup independents never get. On 20 to 25 units of inventory, we ran 13 to 15 sales a month consistently with $2,500 PVR on the back end and product penetration on roughly two-thirds of our deals. I've also worked the floor plan side of the business and held nearly every role a dealership has, including service writer, and that range is what gives me a real read on how the business actually runs.

What I do best is build relationships. Over a decade in the business I've developed a network of 700-plus active contacts across the industry, including dealers, GMs, vendors, auction connections, and service operators, and crossed paths with thousands more. When I walk into a dealership, I'm not there to sell every product on our list. I'm there to find the gap, fix one thing first, and earn the relationship from there. The rest follows.

That's what I bring to TZ Consulting. I take the meetings, I handle the vendor and dealer relationships, and I'm the one most of our partners hear from day to day. Every vendor we put in front of a dealer goes through a vetting process we take seriously, from underwriter and claims history on F&I products, to rep turnover and dealer retention on the vendor side. If a vendor can't stand up to that, they don't make our list.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and ACE-certified at the highest level, covering F&I, sales, compliance, and ownership operations. Outside of work, I'm a father of two and coach varsity soccer at Taylor High School alongside Caleb.
