I'm a co-founder and the COO of TZ Consulting. I serve as General Manager at Zim's Auto Sales, a family-owned independent dealership in Indiana running the full credit spectrum from prime to subprime. When I took over, Zim's was selling 5 to 7 cars a month on 25 to 30 units of inventory, doing $1.5 to $1.8 million a year, and running cash deals only. Today we sell 20 a month on 40 to 50 units, finance 80% of our deals, and clear over $3 million in annual revenue. I built our lender network alongside Brandon from 2 or 3 lenders to a 20-lender stack that covers every credit tier, from deep subprime to prime, including first-time buyer programs and ITIN programs. That gives Zim's the ability to fund almost any customer that walks through the door. I'm also co-founder of Zali Auto, an independent I launched alongside my sister.

What I do best is operational modernization. At Zim's, I led the transition from cash-only sales to full financing, rebuilt our DMS and CRM workflow, and brought modern shop management software into the service department. My approach is direct. Most dealerships are running operations that haven't been updated in a decade, and the ones that modernize their tech, processes, and vendor relationships are the ones that compound results.

That's what I bring to TZ Consulting. I've never signed on with a vendor, software, or service without doing real research on reviews, references, integration capability, and support structure. TZ Consulting is built on that same standard, and it's how we evaluate every partner before we put them in front of a dealer.

I'm bilingual in English and Spanish, and ACE-certified at the highest level, covering F&I, sales, compliance, and ownership operations. Outside of work, I box, play soccer, and travel as often as I can.
